Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠As part of the continuing development of the new Grenville Oval at Banyul Warri Fields in Torquay, Council is seeking tenders from experienced electrical contractors for the supply and installation of street lighting for the new access road and car park along with all associated infrastructure works and necessary modifications to the existing main switchboard.

Details of the project are set out in the tender drawings and documentation. Tenderers are advised to read the tender documents in full and complete a site inspection before making their submission.

Council requires the installation of the new lighting to be completed by no later than 31 March 2017. Timelines for these works will be concurrent with the civil works contractor's program for the car park construction.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
