Lease of Victoria Lake Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠The Greater Shepparton City Council invites tenderers to submit an Expressions of Interest for the purchase of a business and leasing opportunity for the Victoria Lake Caravan Park located at 536 Wyndham Street, Shepparton.

This Expression of Interest is seeking interested parties to purchase the business of the Victoria Lake Caravan Park and to enter into a long term lease of 21 years for the land on which the business operates. The Council is seeking EOIs from businesses who have a willingness to invest in new infrastructure and the redevelopment of existing buildings and infrastructure to ensure the caravan park remains an attractive and inviting accommodation option to the family tourist market.

Tenders will be received until 4.00PM AEDST, Friday 24 February 2017.
