Tender Description
MTM have great pleasure in attaching the Expression of Interest (EOI) for the aforementioned project.
The structure of EOI and the attached documents is as follows:
* Part A - Expression of Interest Process;
* Part B - Response Schedules (also attached in electronic format to facilitate responses)
The procurement process for the ISA engagement is comprised of an EOI phase and a Tender phase. The Request for Tender (RFT) issue to market is currently scheduled for the end of February 2017.
Key dates relating to the EOI phase are listed below:
1. Release of EOI Document (Wednesday 21 December 2016)
2. End of period for EOI queries (5.00 pm Friday 27 January 2017)
3. EOI closing date (9.00 am on Monday 6 February 2017)
4. Release of RFT Document (end of February 2017)
Following the EOI results evaluation, MTM will notify the shortlisted Respondents selected to participate in the next phase. The number of Respondents shortlisted will depend on the outcome of the EOI evaluation.
The EOI phase may, at MTM's request, include structured and confidential interviews/meetings with Respondents and/or presentations by Respondents.
The responses to the EOI together with any queries or clarifications should be issued through the TenderLink portal.
