The Queensland Government is seeking Expression of Interest Proposals for Rockhampton Hospital Car Park.

Expressions of Interest are sought from Contractors who have the appropriate skills, previous experience and expertise to provide their services in the delivery of the Project.

This Expression of Interest document outlines the Department of Health’s and CQHHS’s requirements for interested Contractors to understand the parameters of the Project and to determine whether their firm qualifies and has the capability and capacity to undertake the Project. By responding to this Expression of Interest, Contractors are expressing their desire to be shortlisted for Stage Two - Request for Offer.
