Provision of Cleaning Services for Operational Buildings

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Broome provides services including recreation and aquatic centre, library, civic centre and several public facilities. As a result of ongoing maintenance and upkeep of these facilities and administration and operational facilities, the Shire of Broome is looking for a service provider for cleaning services.

The Term of the Contract will be three (3) years, with three (3), one (1) year extension options available at the Principal's absolute discretion. The Contract will commence on the date advised by the Principal in the Award Letter and will conclude three (3) years later, unless extended by the Principal.

A Mandatory Site Inspection will be held on Tuesday 10 January 2017 at 10:00am, commencing at the Shire of Broome reception, 27 Weld St, Broome, Western Australia.
