Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced builders for the refurbishment of the Swanston Street Gymnasium in Templestowe Lower.
The Gymnasium is to be refurbished internally and externally to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the facility. Works include:
* Demolition;
* Asbestos removal;
* Window replacement;
* External facelift works;
* Replacement of roof sheeting;
* Refurbishment of existing toilets; and
* Replacement of floor coverings.
The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.
A pre-tender site visit has been arranged for 10:00am on Tuesday, 17th January 2017 at the Swanston Street Gymnasium, Swanston Street Reserve, Templestowe Lower (Melways Map 32, H6).
A further site visit has been arranged for 10:00am on Wednesday, 25th January 2017 at the Gym.
