The Department of Justice and Regulation (the department) is seeking a commerical off the shelf (COTS) solution that can be integrated with existing departmental enterprise applications. The project requires the COTS eSourcing solution to be installed, configured and integrated within the department's current technical and application environment, and be flexible enough to grow and change with the department as its enterprise applications are upgraded.
