Tender Description
Parks Victoria is calling for tenders from suitably qualified building construction contractors to provide the delivery of Parks Victoria’s New Office and Depot Facilities at Albert Park.
The works include the construction, as per the design/tender documentation, of a new 2 level Office and Depot building, surrounding hardstand and access road pavements, services infrastructure and landscaping works. Works are targeted for completion in November/December 2017.
Respondents are to lodge their tender responses via electronic response to tenders@parks.vic.gov.au, marked Confidential, Tender No. 44085 - Albert Park New Office and Depot Relocation Construction Works, by 2.00pm Thursday 2 February 2017.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
