Tender Description
The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to provide expert advice on the operating expenditure proposal in Aurizon Network's 2017 Draft Access Undertaking.
Your proposal should address all the relevant requirements detailed in the attached Terms of Reference document.
The closing date for receipt of proposals by the QCA is 27 January 2017. Proposals should be lodged at www.qca.org.au/submissions or sent to:

Subject to any confidentiality requirements, proposals will be available for public inspection at the Brisbane office of the QCA (see above), or on its website at www.qca.org.au.
