"Song He Yuan Extension" Delivery of the Master Plan Brief for the Appointment of Primary Consultant.

Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above.

Note that the attached RFQ specifications are indicative and that it is up to the Respondents to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT 's contact person.

If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Responses must be received by no later than 3.00 pm, Friday 20 January 2017 via email to Ian Webb - ian.webb@smct.org.au - if this is received via email OR via TenderLink if received via TenderLink - provided as 1 soft copy (preferably MS Office documents).

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Respondent's submission, it is strongly recommended that all Respondents attend a half hour site briefing at Springvale Botanical Cemetery at 9.30 am Wednesday 14 December 2016. Meeting at Reception, First Floor, Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, 600 Princes Hwy, Springvale. Site Visit Contacts will be: Alison Blacket on 0457 536-181.

All queries relating to this RFQ must be received by 3.00 pm Friday 16 December 2016, and will be answered in total by no later than 3.00 pm Wednesday 21 December 2016.
