Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The intention is to engage a contractor to complete the facade repairs and make safe in the first instance. This work relates to the completion of spalling repairs and the repairs of failed patching that has happened in the past.

In addition there are several windows that are heavily corroded and require additional brackets to ensure they are secured in position. Additional concrete repair and sealing works will be included as part of the building maintenance.
