Tender Description
Council is looking to contract with one Provider, who will be the equivalent of a 'Head Contractor' and responsible for all elements of the Services - that is supply and installation. As such, if an interested party is either a supplier of solar panels and/or battery products or an installer, they are required to find and join forces with a supplier of the other aspect of the Services which they do not perform themselves, select one company to be the 'Bidder', and submit their Offer under the one Bidder's umbrella, with the other supplier being included in the Offer as a subcontractor to the Bidder.
