The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the South Sydney Hospital Site (SSHS) Heritage Wall Raising at Joynton Avenue, Zetland.
The tenderer will be required to act as Principal Contractor on the SSHS Heritage Wall Raising Project. This upgrade will target the following areas: preparatory works including temporary offices, meal room and toilets; specialised preparatory documentation works prior to carrying out any works; removal and storage of existing sandstone capping; formation of openings in the wall as required; construction of mass concrete retaining wall; increase pillar heights where required; wall repairs as required; add brick courses as required to raise the heritage wall; footpath improvement work as required; sandstone capping work and associated items necessary to complete the SSHS Heritage Wall Raising Works at Joynton Ave, Zetland.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
