Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney invites tenders for the carrying out of construction Works for the 112 to 122 Oxford St Darlinghurst Roof Replacement in accordance with this request for tender. A brief summary of the scope is as follows:
1. 112-114 Oxford Street roof consists of a waterproof membrane which is to be replaced a new trafficable membrane
2. Removal and like for like replacement of the stairwell housing
3. Render repair and parapet wall crack stitching
4. 116-122 Oxford Street roof consists of corrugated steel sheeting which is to be replaced like for like.
