Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced food retailers for the lease and operation of a new Cafe at Bunjil Place (currently under construction).
The Cafe will cover 35 m2 and provide indoor and outdoor seating for up to 40 people.
It is anticipated the Cafe will be open for breakfast, lunch and to serve customers during events, such as evening theatre performances.
