Expression of Interest - West Footscray Station Precinct

⁠⁠⁠The West Footscray Station Precinct development is one of VicTrack's station precinct development projects, which focus on unlocking integrated development opportunities around train stations. The goal is to create a dynamic and active development that integrates and enhances this transport-oriented precinct.

VicTrack has significant experience in facilitating property development projects within the rail environment and works closely with transport partners to unlock project opportunities.

VicTrack is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations that are interested in tendering for the right to develop the West Footscray Station Precinct. The development site comprises a land parcel of approximately 5,000sqm on the north eastern quadrant of the station precinct.

VicTrack is now seeking a suitable party to collaborate in delivering their vision for the precinct. This document has been prepared to assist organisations contemplating lodging an expression of interest with VicTrack. It:

* calls for prospective proponents to submit an expression of interest (EOI)
* identifies the site
* provides a brief description of the project and objectives
* summarises the role of the developer
* sets out the requirements of the EOI
* provides an overview of the selection process for the development partner, that will apply to the EOI process and for those shortlisted and invited to the request for proposal (RFP) phase
* identifies key criteria for the selection of the shortlisted proponents
* outlines the information required for proponent responses in the EOI form
