The Salvation Army (TSA) is seeking responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitable organisations for the development of (cloud based) websites and related support services. These websites will enable potential TSA clients to better access information on disability (NDIS) and aged care social programs and (in future) other social service programs.

The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) by the Commonwealth Government is driving the need for TSA to review how it advertises and markets its disability services both to retain current clients and attract new clients. The service model for aged care Home Care Packages is also changing to a consumer choice model.

TSA seeks to gain through this EOI:
1. To identify suitably experienced firms to develop, host and support (cloud based) websites.
2. To invite a selected shortlist of the identified firms to participate in an RFP.

It is anticipated that on completion of the RFP process, the awarded firm will commence work in March 2017, for completion of the website by June 2017 (approximate dates).
