Tenders are advised that the Building Code 2013 and the Queensland Code and Guidelines apply to this tender.
A Preclose of tender meeting for contractors will not be held.
Prequalified tenderers are to contact Cherie Willey by email alexandra.c.willey@tmr.qld.gov.au to be registered for access to the tender documents which will be available on the Building and Asset Services (BAS) website: https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/bas/etender/.
Where a prequalification level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Department of Transport and Main Roads Prequalification System for the specific proejct level or higher and categories for which the tender is invited.
