Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works to Clonard College Geelong, 225-241 Church Street, Herne Hill.
The works shall comprise demolition and construction of a new two-storey Student Services, Library and Learning Centre incorporating Library, Wellbeing, Consulting, Careers, Learning Classrooms, Media Centre, Offices, Amenities and associated site works (approx. 1,700m2).
Registrations are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received prior to 2.00pm on Thursday 1st December 2016.
(from which , a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
Criteria for assessment will be based on:
* Technical and managerial capacity
* Previous experience and performance
* Quality assurance and finishes
* Safety records and performance
* Workload and capacity
