Tender Description
The Principal has identified an operational need to accommodate a centralised administrative and technical workforce in the one location at the City of Canning Works depot. This project is for the internal refurbishment of the existing Administration Building to suit this purpose. The works comprise various internal fit-out trades.
Based on the current occupancy and use of the site, the scope of work outlined in this Specification is based on a staged possession and completion timetable. The site will remain partially occupied by the Principal's work force during the construction period. The works at this site will need to be sequenced around the partial occupancy as indicated.
Stage 1 of the works includes a Separable Portion for the construction of a new universal access toilet and associated works. This work may be excluded from the awarded scope of work at the Principal's discretion if the Tender results exceed expectations and there are insufficient funds available to proceed with the work.
