FedUni Living - Sports Apparel and Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced supplier for the supply of various sports clothing and associated equipment.     

The main items that are required are Hoodies, Footy Gear, Tshirts, Drinking Steins and other smaller items.

Please find a brief summary of the two main items below:

  * Football Jumpers

As you are aware, each year the residential students at Federation University design custom football jumpers for our football competition Res Footy. To assist in the administration of purchasing these jumpers we aim to use one supplier for all 4 designs. Please supply a quotation based on unit price for Jumpers printed using sublimation, custom design shorts printed using sublimation and custom made socks. There will be 4 different designs and a total of approximately 200- 400 jumpers, ordered. Design will range between 60 and 180 per design.

All designs will be collected by the University and supplied to the successful vendor in PDF format. In all cases the vendor is responsible for bringing the artwork to the required format for screen printing. We would require a maximum of 3 proofs on all artwork.

   * Hoodies

Each year the residential students at Federation University design custom hoodies for their individual units. This involves 35 individual designs with approximately 20- 24 hoodies ordered per design (550-650 in total). We then do a second round of orders later in the year with the same designs but the quantity is around 100

We aim to use one supplier for all 35 designs. Please supply a quotation based on unit price for Jumpers using a screen print process. The items will be sold to the students prior to the order and quantities for each jumper design will be sent to you by the end of March.

All designs will be collected by the University and supplied to the successful vendor. The designs will be delivered in a range of formats from hand drawn to vector illustrations, in all cases the vendor is responsible for bringing the artwork to the required format for screen printing. We would require a maximum of 3 proofs on all artwork.

The successful contractor would be required to work closely with the nominated Fed Uni Representative to achieve the desired outcomes in the negotiated timeframe and with value for money.
