Tender Description
Contractors prequalified at R4, B3 and F150 and above are invited to complete an Expressionof Interest Application for the construction of the Mackay Ring Road Stage 1.
The Queensland Code of Practice for the Building and Consruction Industry, Building Code 2013, Queensland Procurement Policy, Queensland Charter for Local Content and Queensland Government Building and Construction Training Policy apply to this contract.
Applicants must be accredited under the Australian Government WHS Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) established by the4 Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2004 (BCII Act). When entering into contracts for building works, as defined under Section 5 of the BCII Act, the successful tenderer must ensure their accreditation is maintained under that scheme while the building work is carried out.
