Tender Description
Western Water is seeking tender responses from a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor on a contract for the provision HCB Relining services, using structural relining technologies, including pre and post clean of HCBs and CCTV of HCBs.
* Western Water is looking for a Supplier who can attend a site on Western Water's behalf to competently assess the damage and locate the source of the problem and then undertake the clearing of the blockages under one of the following methods:
* Apply a high pressure jetter to blast out fat, roots and debris, to get the drain flowing again.
* Provide a sewer machine that can break through stubborn blockages and heavy root infestations
* Measure and cut the drain lining on-site and soak it in a 2-part resin, insert this into the pipe, inflate to take the shape of the drain and leave to harden. Once the resin in the liner has cured and hardened, the inflatable bladder is to be removed
* A final camera inspection to provide evidence that the lining is a now a drain within a drain, which is 100% leak proof and resistant to tree-root intrusions.
