Tenders for Gore Hill Oval Synthetic Surfacing.
Tender No. 104609.
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for design and construction of the Synthetic Oval performance component as part of the larger Gore Hill Park Redevelopment.
Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from website free of charge.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at Gore Hill Park commencing at 13:00 on Thursday 24 November 2016. All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the site meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Wednesday 21st December 2016. Submissions received after the aforementioned closing time will not be considered.
Tenders shall be submitted at OR in a sealed envelope endorsed:
'Tender 104609 - Gore Hill Oval Synthetic Surfacing'.
Hard copies of tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
