Warrigal invites expressions of interest from applicable parties requesting to be considered for the lease of vacant rooms and provision of medical and allied health services rooms at Warrigal Shell Cove Residential Aged Care Home and Village.
Warrigal Shell Cove, Lot 8201 DP 1153225 is located at the corner of Cutter Parade and Brigantine Drive, Shell Cove. The property is under construction, with completion date expected late June 2017. The floor space to be leased include: GP Clinic, Allied Health room, Pathology/Podiatry room and adjacent waiting area. In accordance with relevant legislative requirements the successful business operator will be required to undertake and complete the fit out of all rooms inclusive of all clinical and allied health equipment.
Initially Warrigal will be offering a 5 year contracted term, however consideration will be given to proposed operators seeking a longer agreed tenure. Applications will be invited for the provision of these services via the preliminary Expression of Interest process to identify potential partners. All tenders will then be assessed against key criteria as outlined below, and those submissions considered to meet all conditions will then be invited to submit further details.
