Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders to engage a Contractor to carry out roof replacements and building condition upgrade works as indicated at two (2) sites within the City of Canning.
The scope of works include, but are not limited to, the following summary:
Part 1 Rossmoyne Public Hall
a) Asbestos removal, namely, external linings and miscellaneous items.
b) Roof replacement from tile to metal and including replacement of existing metal roof (no change to existing roof profile).
c) Building condition upgrade works comprising various trades including demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
Part 2 Coker Park Changerooms
a) Asbestos removal, namely, external linings, vertical cladding, and internal ceiling linings.
b) Roof replacement from tile to metal including installation of roof lights (no change to existing roof profile).
c) Building condition upgrade works comprising various trades including demolition, carpentry, steelwork, linings, ceilings, plumbing, electrical and painting.
