Relocation and Refurbishment of the Former St John's Church Building

Tenders are invited for the Relocation and Refurbishment of the former St John's Church building.

The building is to be relocated from 281 Springvale Road, Donvale and moved to Rieschiecks Reserve, Victoria Street, Doncaster (Mel Ref: 33 J10) near to Schramms Cottage.

The scope of works for this Contract is for the provision of all necessary construction services as required to complete the works as shown in the Specification and Scope of Works. The Contractor shall complete all works in accordance with relevant Australian standards and industry best practice.

The full extent of the works is described in the specification and related documents.

A SITE VISIT has been arranged for Monday 28th November 2016 at 9.30am. Meeting at the former St John's Church building, 281 Sringvale Road, Donvale  (Melway Ref: 33 J10)

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
