Tender Description
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Render the playground safe from contaminants by encapsulating the area nominated with an impervious fabric layer covered by soils and compacted base course materials. The area nominated will be landscaped with selected plantings, placement of artificial turf and other landscape design elements.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
