India Tourism Sydney invites designs and quotation for conceptualisation. Design, fabrication, installation, dismantling etc. of the India booth of size 72 sqm.

The design are to be submitted both in soft and hard copy.
* The India booth at AIMS 2017 should have easy accessibility for all co- exhibitors (8-10) and visible double sided signage to all co exhibitors.
* The India should essentially reflect an Indian décor and ambience with effective incredible India branding.
* Adequate number of display panels in the India with images of various aspects of Indian Tourism Products. Images will be provided by India Tourism Sydney or if required may be purchased by the Agency.
* The design of the booths should highlight/ display distinct theme, tourism products or destination in India as contemporary yet cultural destination.
* The booth should have a provision for built in storage space for keeping the literature for exhibitors /co –exhibitor area.
* The booth should have a provision for 8-10 co- exhibitors with exclusive space of 4 sqm each preferably with between the co exhibitors, and provide table and chair at each co-exhibitor area.
* The booth should have provision of larger area from 30-36 sqm for India Tourism Sydney displaying the various Tourism products, counter spaces for distribution of literature etc.
* The scope of work will also included construction of the booth at site well in time, maintenance activities, daily cleaning etc.
* The quotation should be inclusive of cost towards all the following :
  * Flooring
  * Stand Structure Set up
  * Furniture and Accessories
  * Rental and Supply of LED/Plasma Screen (minimum 52 inches) and DVD player
  * Potted Plants
  * Light Fittings/ Electrical fittings (should include all types of Cost as per design proposed)
  * Facia Name for India Tourism and co- exhibitors.
  * Internet connectivity and individual electrical connection.
  * Other items such as soft drinks, water and juices and confectionaries, tea/coffee arrangements.
