Murrumbidgee Weight Management and Lifestyle Program

⁠⁠⁠Proposals are sought from Allied Health providers currently delivering services within the Murrumbidgee region for the development of a weight management and lifestyle program (based on best practice evidence) to be delivered through general practice.

Proposals will need to outline planned approaches to multidisciplinary co-design of the program (including co-design with general practice and consumers). Multidisciplinary partnerships will be strongly encouraged during the development phase.

The successful respondent will undertake the following:
the development of a weight management and lifestyle program based on best practice evidence;
training of teams within identified general practices; and
ongoing follow up and support to further expand the skills and confidence of the general practice teams.

Submissions close at 3pm AEST on 2 December 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
