17007 - Suitably skilled, qualified and experienced Contractors are invited to tender for the design and construction of a new Class 7b shed (the proposed Wallumbilla Combine Emergency Services Centre), to be located at 1-3 Russell Street Wallumbilla Queensland 4428.
The successful Tenderer will be required to:
* Supply and construct a fully enclosed seven bay Industrial Shed;
* Supply all materials and undertake all internal carpentry works;
* Supply a provisional cost item for the supply, placement, compaction of sub base material and yard/drive sub base* material;
* Set out and placement of base pad and concrete slab;
* Supply and installation of electrical fixtures and fittings.

NB: Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Trades & Associated Services (Building - QBCC Low Rise Minimum) have previously submitted compliance information (in the pre-qualification tender); accordingly, eligible suppliers will not be required to fill out the full response.
