Council is seeking a Contractor that has the expertise and experience to provide a range of valuations services such as the general valuations 2018 and 2020, including undertaking supplementary valuations, determining objections and managing applications to VCAT. The full scope of works is described within the Tender documents.

The period of the contract in which the valuation services are to be provided is 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020, with an option to extend the contract at Council’s sole discretion.
