Wyndham City Council is seeking proposals from highly experienced and competent Commercial Leasing and Managing Agents to assist in attracting a suitable lessee to refurbish, occupy and operate the Bridge Hotel at 197 Watton Street Werribee Victoria as a quality food and beverage based business.

The appointment will require the successful Agent to work with Council's property specialist consultants to undertake an EOI/Tender process for a new lessee of The Bridge and to manage the ongoing leasehold on behalf of Council.
