Tender Description
Tenders are invited from interested parties to lease the Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve Cafe. The successful operator will be required to enter into a three (3) year commercial lease, with the option to extend for a further two (2) by three (3) years, at Council’s sole discretion.
Operations will commence following execution of the lease, and as soon as the building has been accepted by Council for Occupation. This is currently anticipated for February 2017.
