Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites commercial building contractors to tender for the Port of Sale Precinct Building Works.
Work includes demolition works, construction of BBQ shelters, raised timber decking and associated structures, bespoke timber seating, fencing, park lighting upgrades, water supply and drinking fountains to multiple areas within the precinct.
The date for practical completion is 30 June 2017.
All tenderers must register with the Council to obtain the tender documents. These can be downloaded by completing the form below or alternatively you may contact the Project Engineer, Mr Brian Kirwan on (03) 5142 3102 or email brian.kirwan@wellington.vic.gov.au.
Tenders should be lodged in the tender box at the Wellington Shire Council Sale Service Centre at 18 Desailly Street, Sale, no later than 2.00pm Friday 2 December 2016. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, email or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
