Tender Description
St Pauls Lutheran Primary School is seeking expressions of interest from civil works firms to construct a 53 lot car park, kiss and go, and reinstatement of existing facilities within the construction zone works. For information on the engineering tender plans and electrical please email businessmanager@stpaulslps.qld.edu.au.
Potential tenderers may visit the site by appointment only, arranged with the school through the Business Manager (Ian Bloxham - BusinessManager@stpaulslps.qld.edu.au, 07 5495 5899). All technical enquiries during the expression of interest period should be directed to the Principal Civil Engineer Sean Stringer, Sean.Stringer@sedgman.com.
It is anticipated that the tender process will open on the 31.10.2016 and close on the 18.11.2016 at 2pm.
Construction will need to make the most of the end of year break, which runs for the majority of the campus from 1.12.2016 to 20.01.2017. Further details of the tender process will be made available to those firms shortlisted for the tender process.
