Internal & External Painting Upgrades - Badu Island

⁠⁠⁠Supply all labour, materials, equipment and any other requirements necessary to undertake full internal & external painting upgrades on Badu Island in accordance with all trade specific standards, specifications, Australian standards, Standard Method of Measurement, statutory health safety and environmental standards/regulations / requirements, including TSIRC and BAS policies and procedures. Any nominated extent of work is deemed to include compliance with these conditions, all costs associated with compliance to these conditions is to be included in your submission.

Please supply pricing as per attached specification and supporting documentation.

NOTE
* Pre paint maintenance works will be carried out by TSIRC
* Quotation to include materials, equipment and barging
* Quotation to include all travel and personal living costs
* Council will provide accommodation

LICENCES/INSURANCES
Sub contractors are required to hold current licences and relevant insurances for all works that they are undertaking, evidence of any such licences and insurances must be produced if requested.
Employees / workers are required to have, and must be able to produce a “General Safety Induction” (Induction Blue / White Card) prior to commencing any work on TSIRC sites.

SURFACE REPAINT
Spray painting must NOT be undertaken on ANY project, unless written permission is granted by the project supervisor.

* Previous experience in remote area works (Torres Strait Islands)
