Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR as the “Principal”) invites suitably prequalified contractors (the “applicant”) registered at R2 F20 and above, to submit a tender for the widen and overlay of the existing formation between 93.9km and 104.75km on the Landsborough Highway (Blackall – Barcaldine).
A successful applicant must be accredited and maintain accreditation for the duration of the project under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme. In addition, joint ventures or partnerships may apply for this tender after submitting a Joint Venture Application for prequalification of the joint venture, if the joint venture is not already prequalified.
A pre-lodgement conference will take place at 11am on 23 November 2016 at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Office, 69 Ash Street, Barcaldine, Queensland 4725. This pre-lodgement conference is not mandatory.
Prequalified contractors are advised to email: barcaldine.tenders@tmr.qld.gov.au to request access to documents which can be found at https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/bas/etender/.
Applicants are to submit tenders through https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/bas/etender/ by 3.00pm 14 December 2016.
