Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. seeks registration of interest from building and facility services maintenance contractors for the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services (maintenance services) for their property portfolio across Western Australia Including Broome, Kalgoorlie and the Perth metropolitan area.

Service providers with experience in the direct delivery (Subcontracted methodologies are not preferred) of maintenance of fixed plant, equipment and building services in any of the following areas are encouraged to respond and register your Interest:
* Electrical Services
* Mechanical Services
* Hydraulic/Plumbing/Gas Services
* Lift Services
* Automatic Doors and Gates
* Air conditioning
* Brickwork
* Carpentry
* Cleaning (Internal/external)
* Electrical maintenance
* Glazier
* Grounds/landscape maintenance and paving
* Painting (intimal/external)
* Refrigeration HVAC
* Roof plumbing & tiling

Additional EOI information to be submitted as part of the EOI to Include;
* Outline business expertise and experience relevant to highlighted works
* Evidence of Public Liability Insurance valued to $20 million
* A copy of OH&S Management System (based on AS4801)

Following the review and evaluation of the EOI submissions received, a further request for tender will be issued to short listed service providers.
