The City of Greater Geelong is seeking tenders from experienced consultants for the preparation and development of a framework plan report for each growth area. The project requires the preparation of a framework plan report for each growth area.

Each report will set out the strategic land use framework to guide future development. The work will require expertise in stakeholder engagement, urban design and delivery of framework plans at a similar level in the planning framework.

The project will prepare a framework plan for the northern Geelong growth area generally located in the Lovely Banks area and a framework plan for the western Geelong growth area generally located in the Batesford area, west of the Geelong Ring Road.
