Tender Description
Tenders are invited to complete building modifications and upgrades to the existing international processing facilities at the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal.
Works include but are not limited to:
* Alterations and additions to baggage claim belts, public toilet facilities and operable wall;
* Provision of a control toilet and secure computer room;
* Mobile X-ray van sheltered parking / operating space;
* CCTV cabling to ABF spec; and
* Relocation of existing benches and sink to new DAWR treatment room.
This is a lump sum contract. It is anticipated that works will commence 30 January 2017, with practical completion required by 7 April 2017, allowing a ten (10) week construction period.
