This project is for the extension and refurbishment of the football club pavilion at Donvale Reserve in Mitcham Road, Donvale.

The scope of works for this Contract is for the provision of all necessary construction services as required to complete the works as shown on the plans and in the Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall complete all works in accordance with relevant Australian standards, the NCC and industry best practice.

The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.

A pre-tender site visit has been arranged for 4:00pm on Thursday, 24th November 2016 at the Donvale Reserve pavilion, Mitcham Road, Donvale (Melways Map 48, F3).
