Tender Description
The QCPP CRM is a comprehensive business system that manages all operational information for running the QCPP accreditation scheme. The system automates several workflows, and supports invoicing activities and reporting capabilities. It provides a pharmacy-centric view of information which can be easily accessed by all authorised QCPP staff.
The QCPP CRM, based on Microsoft Dynamics version 4, has passed its end of life and requires an upgrade to a compatible platform. While the current system fulfils QCPP's basic requirements, it lacks innovative approaches and provides only minimal automation.
Numerous processes are still manual-driven, which in an attempt to minimise human error have been overlaid with manual quality assurance processes. This has generated substantial administrative overheads and inefficiencies in day to day tasks.
QCPP staff recognise the significant opportunity to improve business areas and as such has decided to replace the system with a more updated CRM solution.
