Millbrook Road (SLK 9.12-10.60) Widening & Reconstruction

⁠⁠⁠The City of Albany seeks to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the construction of the Millbrook Road (SLK 9.12-10.60) Widening and Reconstruction contract.

Over the past few years the City has been undertaking works on Millbrook Road to bring the road up to current-day standards, as parts of this road are currently in a poor condition. This project will extend the upgrade over a further 1.5km on Millbrook Road.

The proposed works involve the widening and reconstruction of Millbrook Road from a nominal 6.0m seal width to a 7.0m seal width plus 1.2m wide shoulders (0.8m sealed). Grant funds have been secured from the State Government through the Regional Road Group to complete these proposed works in 2016/17.
