This is a Pre-qualification process for the Space Management Software Solution tender. Respondents must complete the Pre-qualification, which will then be assessed by Swinburne. Respondents who meet the minimum requirements will be invited to submit a response to the tender.

Swinburne will not release the minimum requirements for information. Swinburne will not provide debriefs or feedback to unsuccessful respondents of the Prequalification process.

Respondents who fail to complete the Prequalification requirements in full will be deemed as non-compliant submissions and therefore not invited to submit a response to the tender. Respondents must answer all prequalification questions.

About this Prequalification
The purpose of this prequalification process is to provide the respondent with an opportunity to self-assess its ability to meet Swinburne University's Space Management Software Solution needs.

We are not seeking specific responses to Swinburne University's detailed requirements in this stage (prequalification) and therefore we will not be providing that level of detail as documentation.

Please note that the opening and closing dates are based on Australian AEST.

Purpose of Process
The purpose of the Pre-Qualification is to:
* Provide an outline of the required solution to enable respondents to make a preliminary assessment of the prospective value of the solution;
* Advise respondents of the information required in order to be considered for the tender process;
* Advise respondents of some of the key conditions under which the contract will be arranged;
* Evaluate the capability of respondents to meet Swinburne’s requirements; and
* Provide and receive information for/from all parties.
