Tenders are invited from suitably experienced commercially registered builders for the construction of an architecturally designed public information centre and public toilets on George Street, Sorrento.

Works include the demolition of the existing public toilets and construction of the new stainless steel and glass structures and associated landscaping. Works are scheduled for commencement on 24 April 2017.

Tenderers must have third party certification of their quality and environmental management systems to be eligible to tender for these works.
