Nundah Residential Care Facility (Step Up / Step Down) - NUNDAH

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Nundah Residential Care Facility (Step Up / Step Down) - 15 Union Street, NUNDAH . Works comprises of demolition of existing building and the construction of new building.

This is a PQC project with a minimum PQC level of 3 required.

Where a PQC Level is stated,  the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
