Tender Description
(1) Council is seeking a wide range of swimming accessories to cater to a wide range of customers across the City including but not limited to:
(a) Swimwear
(b) Goggles and swim caps
(c) Kickboards
(d) Floatation devices
(e) Fins and hand paddles
(f) Towels
(g) Nose clips and ear plugs
(h) Bags and;
(i) Aquatic toys
(2) Tenderers are advised to provide a detailed product list and descriptions of their proposed products.
(3) Council is seeking a discounted equipment range for the purchase and use in Council delivered programs such as Learn to Swim and Squads. This equipment will not be on sold.
(4) Tenderers will be required to adequately fit out the space at each centre with Point of Sale and displays that provide optimum opportunity for product promotion and sales. Space may vary depending on the number of providers Council appoints.
(5) All products must be resistant to chlorine/pool chemical exposure.
