The land being offered for sale is Proposed Lot 46 in an unregistered plan of subdivision which is part of Lot 2 in Deposited Plan 863680, Lots 1 and 2 in Deposited Plan 1135124 and Lot 31 in Deposited Plan 1219062 (‘the Land’), which is approximately 3200m² of Neighbourhood zoned land.
Situated within the Neighbourhood Centre at East Village, Spring Farm, the site is adjoined to the north by community land for a future Community Centre and the established village Park. Together these parcels are located opposite future compact housing lots which span from the north to the east.
A Woolworths supermarket and shopping precinct, as well as a Petrol station are located within close proximity to the west of the Neighbourhood Centre Precinct.
The plan of subdivision and an application for a subdivision certificate has recently been submitted to Camden Council.
