Overview:-
Shepparton Sports Stadium acts as northern Victoria's key regional indoor sports stadium and is the primary indoor sports facility between Bendigo and Wodonga. The stadium currently hosts around 150,000 visits each year primarily across the main tenant sports of basketball, badminton, netball, futsal and table tennis, however it has also hosted a number of key events. The lights are in working order, however have reduced in lux levels and require renewal. The entire system will be replaced by a more efficient and improved type of lighting as per the specification.

Council is seeking a qualified Contractor to complete the following upgrade works and in turn to create Victorian energy efficiency certificates (VEECs) under the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) scheme and provide this financial benefit to council. The manufacturer of the fittings will assist the Contractor in the facilitation of the VEET rebates.
